  • Free phone, email, and online support for 1 year following delivery of training services

Assessment Phase

  • CCG conducts an initial assessment of the organization which may include: teleconferenced meetings with administration and management to discuss objectives, mission and goals of services to be delivered

Training Phase

  • Direct training of employees
  • Evaluation of participant competency and individual testing

Evaluation Phase

  • Conduct After Action Tele-Conference (AATC) with leaders and selected personnel
  • Complete After Action Report (AAR) and provide to organization for review and internal debrief

Assessment Phase

  • CCG conducts an initial on-site assessment of the organization which may include; Meetings with administration and management
  • Unit Evaluations and Culture Evaluation Process™ (CEP)
  • Risk Assessments and Threat Assessments (if applicable)
  • Identification of training goals, organization specific objectives, review of delivery process, and question-and-answer sessions to assist facility in preparing for training delivery

Training Phase

  • Direct training of employees
  • Evaluation of participant competency and individual testing
  • Live action Table Top Exercises/Role-Plays (if applicable)

Evaluation Phase

  • After Action Conference (AAC) either on-site or online with leaders and selected personnel
  • Complete After Action Report (AAR) and present to the organization
  • Return to facility to observe, assess, and evaluate implementation of curriculum
  • Free phone, email, and online support for 1 year following delivery of training services
