Building off of the Crisis Response Team Development Course, this course puts the final touches on preparing your organization for its response to the Active Shooter / Intruder crisis scenario.

Initially focusing on the organizational goals and objectives, development of key interception strategies, establishing protective counter measures, dynamic intelligence gathering and communication strategies, combined with basic first aid and triage medical procedures, this course will provide organizations with a well-equipped team to confront threats in the most logical and professional manner, while minimizing loss however and whenever possible.

  • Understanding Active Shooter Realities

In the final phase of this training course a live action, Simunitions™ based live-fire, active shooter scenario will be organized, planned, outlined, and monitored by the SRTT, held at your location or ours.

  • Provides first-hand experience in dealing with a moving, determined, actively engaged simulated threat
  • Teaches participants to push through fear and anxiety
  • Allows participants to immediately utilize skills and techniques learned
