In our travels around the nation teaching in a variety of workplace environments, it has been widely observed that all companies would stand to benefit from a training course centered on assistance with the creation, organization, development, and maintenance of a highly specialized team of crisis responders who deal with high-level threats to the workplace; i.e. armed persons, hostage/barricade type situations, etc.

  • Most Active Shooter / Intruder attacks start and finish before Law Enforcement officials arrive
  • Most often it is the internal employees of the workplace who successfully intervene during such incidents

This training program assists with selection, preparation, and simulated exercises geared towards improving internal responses to such threats.  A trained Crisis Response Team (CRT) within your organization will be best equipped to deal with a crisis situation immediately.

  • Maintaining calm / directing bystanders and panicked employees
  • Handling mass evacuations
  • Securing certain areas
  • Providing dynamic intelligence to responding law enforcement services (When possible)
  • Preserving life through immediate action

This course is taught by CCG’s Specialized Response Training Team, (SRTT) consisting of current and prior sworn law enforcement officers with SWAT / SERT certification, and Military combat experience.
