Facility Trainer Certification (Days 3 and 4)
This course covers both the Beginner and Advanced Facing Emergencies And Reacting, Crisis Intervention Training™ courses, and will provide organizations with their own Certified Trainers on staff. Having an on-site trainer will allow your facility to conduct in- house certifications of the Beginner, and Advanced courses, at dates and times that fit into demanding staffing schedules.

In addition to the cost savings, having Certified Trainers on-site also allows for continual assessment of their prospective organizations responses to crisis intervention. This on-going assessment will ensure that current procedures and policies of the institution are being followed and respected when it comes to crisis situations.

Participants will learn how to tailor future training courses to address specific workplace issues that may arise at their prospective facility. Participants of the Train the Trainer course will receive individualized instruction from CCG instructors. Instructors will conduct specific assessments of each participant to ensure full and proper understanding of the Facing Emergencies And Reacting, Crisis Intervention Training™ program, and the responsibilities that come with becoming a Certified Trainer.

Facilities that choose this Train the Trainer option will also have the option to receive a 6 month “Re-fresher Course” for a minimal charge plus travel expenses (if applicable). CCG Instructors will return to your facility and provide a mid-year review and instruction to the Certified Trainers to help renew their knowledge base and address any issues or concerns that may have surfaced over the previous 6 months. Additionally, each Certified Trainer, (CT) will have direct access to CCG Master Instructors, allowing them to consult with an Authorized CCG representative at any time for follow on discussion, assistance, or resource information.

All CT's will be updated by CCG Headquarters to any policy or procedure changes that will ensure they are aware of new Federal or State legislation related to crisis intervention which may apply to their workplace. CCG will also maintain all certification information of all training courses that are conducted by these Certified Trainers. This information will be easily accessed through CCG representatives who will be happy to field any questions that may arise about who was trained, who conducted the training, and when the training occurred. This information will greatly aid administrators or human resource departments in keeping track of specific employee certification and training records.

There is a practical review and competency based testing upon conclusion of course for certification.
