In our efforts to focus our training programs to ensure a tailored fit of appropriate training for specific organizations or individuals, we offer a “Fast-Track” option.
This course combines both Verbal and Physical intervention skills in an 8-hour, one day training program. This course covers the main elements of Beginner Course, Facing Emergencies And Reacting, Crisis Intervention Training™ Verbal techniques, as well as the Advanced Course, Facing Emergencies And Reacting, Crisis Intervention Training™ Physical techniques. These skills combine to intervene, de-escalate, and safely maintain (when necessary) abusive, aggressive, and possibly violent individuals.
This course is especially geared towards the Security, Retail, or Travel Industries where employees are dealing with members of the general public, rather then individuals found in a locked or restricted environment. Optimal participants for this program are individuals that have backgrounds and/or experience in physical security and crisis intervention.
This training option is available for appropriate facilities or individuals upon request, pending review by CCG Headquarters. Certification lasts for one year.
