Case Study #3The chart below shows a client’s number of physical intervention/holds from January 2006 to August of 2007. These numbers were combined from 11 facilities, housing nearly 200 patients. This client had asked CCG to train a group of 10 trainers, who then trained their remaining staff internally. The new trainers were trained in August 2006, and the remainder of the facility staff was certified in September and October 2006. As shown, prior to CCG training their numbers were in the double digits, as high as 54 holds in one month. They have done a remarkable job.
